WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO Thingamabobs Collective ACCEPT?
We accept Paypal payments, where you may link any of your Credit/Debit cards to to complete your transactions.
We also accept BPI bank deposits/transfers and GCASH payments. When choosing these payment methods, please make sure you are going to settle payment after check-out. Please do not check-out cart if you are not sure of paying.
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES IN MY BILLING & SHIPPING INFORMATION?
All information can be edited on your account preferences. Please know though that order information (includes email, billing information, shipping address, shipping service, and order contents) can no longer be changed or edited once orders have been placed.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
For the meantime, all international shipping has been suspended.
HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?
For orders within Cebu's 4 major cities --- Cebu, Talisay, Mandaue, Lapu-lapu and the Municipality of Consolacion, we offer in-house delivery service. Rates are available upon checkout, depending on delivery drop-off destination. Buyers may also opt to book Grab/Lalamove or other 3rd party deliveries, charge collect to them upon delivery.
For all other orders from any of the provinces of Cebu not stated above, shipping rates apply as per all other orders nationwide. See below:
For all orders within the Philippines, ship via J&T Express with a flat rate of Php120 or via LBC with a flat rate of Php240.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP or DELIVER?
We shall ship or push out orders 3-5 business days from when payment has been completed for an order, to allow ample time for packing & handling. For Cebu orders we shall be in touch through email or text for when order shall be ready for delivery. For the rest of the country, we shall be in touch through email, with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE TO ME?
For orders within Cebu, orders are received the same day the delivery service is being booked.
For orders within the Philippines, orders shall be received within 3-5 business days for J&T Express shipping and within 2-4 business days for LBC shipping.
Please note that we are no longer accountable for delivery delays once orders are already forwarded to the courier (especially now with the pandemic). A tracking number shall be provided for you to track your order. If you haven't received your order/s after 3 weeks, you may contact us and we will track the shipment for you.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and some inconsistencies in transport situations, there might be some delay in the delivery schedules as given above. We apologize for this in advance. These delays are just beyond our control, as well as the delivery service or courier. We are hoping for your understanding on this matter.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We take care in packaging each & every order, however, on rare circumstances human error or some damage during shipment may occur. If your order arrives inaccurate, defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please take photos of the damage, as well as the outside of the packaging or box if applicable, and we will discuss the unfortunate incident with you.
